iStore SA, you are an embarrassment for the brand

I have never received such disgusting service like I received from @MyiStoreSA, in my life! Strap of BRAND NEW Apple Watch Series 5 kept slipping out. Took it in 1 Sep for them to sort out. Watch came back 1 month later with scratches on screen and wrong colour straps! They refuse to give me a new watch even though they have admitted that many units have had the same issue.
