IStore's bad service

<p>Hello peter my name Samkelo totoyi from Cape Town. Just early this year I decided to buy myself an new IPhone 5s and with all the excitement I had with a phone I always wished for but two weeks later the phone stop working and did not want to charge then went back to the store to fix it , and yes they fixed but almost 2 months later and the phone is giving me problems by switching off for long period of time and sometimes shows different blank colours on the screen and when I checked the original box package of the phone it was written "PRE-OWNED" meaning that this phone is second hand. .......this is what ****es me off </p>
