I traded in my phone on monday, i wasnt even allowed to touch the phone after the upgrade was done to transfer my data…i was told my monies will be in my account on Tuesday…we sitting on friday I have called numerous time where i was promised that the store will be in touch and still nothing…even the lady tgat helped me told me she will get back to me…. This is theft and expected more form a company that sells apple..:but i guess in south africa we have the talent of ****ing everything up
