iStore *******

On Monday the 3rd of June an add ran on DSTV channel 101 advertising "Powerbeats3" earphones. I subsequently went to an iStore the following day to purchase this particular earphone. When i got to the store at Pavillion in Dbn the sales consultant told me that only a certain color is on sale and that the sale price is 1699, I still bought the earphones because i could not remember exactly what the sale price was or if the color thing was advertised. The add was run again the Tuesday evening and when i saw the price and the fact that no color restriction was on I phoned the iStore service centre only to be told that there were restrictions on the sale for the price advertised, no mention of the color restriction I was told by the sales person. I recorded the add just in case and found there was no restrictions only "stock subject to availability" and there was a lot of stock when i bought the headphones. To cut a long story short, I am getting poor service from the service centre number telling me i have to forward them their own add so they can check if my story is correct (go figure) and to date i am stuck with my purple Powerbeats which i overpaid for!!!!!!!!!!!
