istore preowned is not worth the effort

Had the worst experience with being on the istore with preowned. I thought we could save a little bit. But had the worst experience. I bought a MacBook Pro 16 and got a Air 13 inch. Asked for an exchange and finally got the laptop I ordered. But the laptop had issues. Ports didn't work, laptop refused to sleep and would over heat. I asked for a refund. Waited for two to be collected. Now have been waiting another week for a refund. Have tried emailing, online chat I just can't get any date or details. It's worth it to rather pay extra and buy new. istore is great but preowned is not well run. Very difficult to work with
