Istore preowened

I am really disappointed in istore pre owned I paid for a phone, then i was told it was out of stock, then 2nd phone I paid R1000 difference immediately but still they could not reserve the phone still now I'm told they escalated the issue but so in the meantime I'm going to lose the third phone that's currently available but I paid the full amount, I am failing to understand why there is no sense of urgency and if I want to cancel the refund will take longer.

I am really losing patience now. They are not even giving you feedback without you having to contact them. It's been over a week now.
