ISTORE PRE_OWNED SOLD ME A BLACLISTED PHONE!!!!!!!

I bought an iPhone 13 Pro-max at iStore Pre-owned in April 2023, it is now blacklisted. I then took it for fixing at Gateway Durban istore on 26 October 2023 and i did not get a loan phone, on 08 November they told me I should call all service providers (Vodacom, cell C, MTN etc) to check who backlisted the phone. ME? WHY ME? This is not my problem. This in not a contract phone. At this point i want my Money or another phone because i have been inconvenienced enough!!!.
