Istore pre-owned rosebank phone issue not being

I am frustrated about the service delivery I am currently receiving from Istore pre-owned store in rosebank. Recently bought a phone and out of the blew phone stopped working and I notified them, they identified the problem and I find it just upsetting that the process has to be so long. Now my life is put on hold and they said they were going to just replace the phone but it will take days. What is the hold up because now even my work is affected because of this matter. I simply request that phone be replaced at this point and if they can't simply do that, I'll notify the service provider that I will be canceling this product because I feel like I am being taken for a ride and things are not handled the way it should be. I purchased this phone on the 9th of October and according to the Consumer Protection Act, I have the right to receive a replacement as soon as possible as I have purchased this phone less than 2 months ago.

It has come to my attention that iStore South Africa is overriding the law. In the Consumer Protection Act, section 56, Istore should have give me a replacement as soon as possible because the iPhone sold to me definitely had impaired quality because how does a phone less than 2 months crash? I do not recommend anyone to purchase their iPhone from iStore Pre-owned in Rosebank. They state that they are a legitimat and trsured reseller but this situation has made me to believe that they sell poor quality iPhones as the iPhone that I purchased was the "Best" grading.
