iStore Pre-Owned Is Not Worth Your Money or Trust

I’m sharing this to warn anyone thinking of buying from iStore Pre-Owned—don’t. I ordered an iPad and paid in full, only to be told on 22 September 2025 that the item wasn’t available. They promised a refund. It’s now 14 working days later, and I still haven’t received my money.

I went to the Rosebank branch, where they told me refunds take 8–14 days. That deadline has passed. Instead of action, I’ve been getting copy-paste emails from staff like Dylan Govender and Lesiba Mojela, saying things like “we haven’t heard from you” and “we sincerely apologize for the delay.” It’s insulting. I’ve followed up multiple times. They’ve heard from me.

This feels like a ****. They keep apologizing but do nothing. No accountability, no urgency, no respect for customers. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind—stay away from iStore Pre-Owned.
