ISTORE Pre-owned fails

I purchased a preowned ipad that is still being remotely managed by another company and I can't do anything on it. This is completely unacceptable. We purchased it is a gift and we need a functioning ipad by this weekend. iStore do not seem to be interested.

I find this totally unacceptable from a reputable (?) company.
