iStore Pre-Owned Disaster!

Hi All - just a recommendation to not deal with iStore Pre-Owned as they are not geared to assist you if you purchase online and the item is faulty! Instead of allowing you to go to a iStore Per-Owned Store to sort out your problems you are told they cannot help you! Now I will be stuck without an iPad which I use daily for my business, for who knows how long! They were supposed to collect the faulty one from me yesterday, did not arrive and informed me that they will now only collect it on Thursday!
