Istore pre owned

I ordered an iPad 7th gen at Istore pre owned online on the 19 th of September..Until today I haven’t receive my order or any communication from them..It’s been 10 days since i ordered.No communication whatsoever.i called Istore today i was told my order is with the courier company and it’ll be delivered today but still nothing..
