Trying to set up a phone, wont let me download anything from app store until I enter blood type, DNA sample. Why do you need to know where I live and why do you need my card details firstly, secondly when I called the Istore for assistance they told me to go onto the website and use the chat option, im here using the chat option havent received a reply or and tech support, I have been waiting for and hour and no response, What the hell is the point of telling people to use the website when there no F@#$ckin help there. *** service
