Istore poor service

Never in my life have I seen such incompetence as with my service request on a recalled battery case from apple. The apple website specifically says they will replace devices that fall in the recall window of devices and they want to bill me R5000 to repair something that costs R1800 new. They are not following Apples recommended replacement path and have gross incompetence on how they deal with customers.
