Istore Polokwane

I went to Istore Polokwane to Open a contract for a Phone. I submitted all the necessary document to the sales consultant "Mpho Mokwele" on the 15th of May. I had requested that she apply for a Vodacom contract sim. On Saturday the 18th of may I went to enquire about the progress, she told me she will be getting feedback from vodacom later that day. On Tuesday the 21st of May I sent an email requesting an update and I did not get any response. Yesterday I went to the store to get clarity, because at the end of the day, as a customer I atleast deserve to know the feedback of my application. Mpho Mokwele "the sales consultant" was not at work, I tried to get assistance from the team there, but I ended up just idling on floor of the store. Today is the 23rd, more than a week since I app**** for the contract with Istore, I have not been assisted at all.
