Istore playing hide and seek with my refund eft payment

I bought an item at istore for R1200 using instant EFT payment. Returned item back to istore in Brooklyn Pretoria. It’s my fourth week asking for my refund . I use my airtime every week ,on hold for hours waiting for the complaints consultants to help get my refund. They refer me back to Brooklyn istore and Brooklyn istore states the same thing every week the accounts department will give you your refund next week. Istore please pay me back my refund and the airtime I have been wasting in calling you every week and the stress you caused me!!!!
