iStore Pavillion

I went to Pavillion iStore yesterday. I was there from 2pm to 6:30pm for assistance with my Apple Watch. I had to be assisted by 4 individuals as the process due to their network was taking so long. I was to tired of waiting but didn't even mind as I just wanted help with my watch. As I was kept being shifted from one person to the next a guy by the name of Ntokozo was just downright rude and very rude when it was time to assist me , he's condescending tone was appalling worse he even speaks ill of his fellow colleagues in front of customers which I found absolutely unprofessional. He clearly is not aware of the consumer protection act of not to discriminate based on what ever reason as he assisted me with such attitude, he should really lean more on customer relations . The way he spoke to me was really uncalled for considering the time I had arrived for assistance. After he spoke to me the way he did I decided to pay without having received the help I wanted but a guy by the name of Mhlengi decided to help even though he doesn't work at the technicians section. His response to the whole situation was really calming after such a horrible service. THANKS to him my watch came right.
