Waited an hour at IStore in Pavilion for sales rep to sort out MacBook Air with student discount only for another sales person to question the qualification, she started making up he own terms saying did not include part time study, different from the T&Cs which I later checked. I submitted same information online for discount coupon and have purchased the item. IStore staff and manager whom was called at Pavilion branch incompetence, costing sales.
