iStore Pavilion Shopping Centre.

I needed to get my screen cover replaced & ended up going to my local iStore in Pavilion Shopping Centre.

They were super busy, so I knew it would take some time to get help. Within seconds Ntando (Ntandoyenkosi Nyembe) approached me & offered to assist me.

I told him what I needed & he was more than willing to assist. Without being asked he got one of his colleagues to put the cover on my phone. During this time he kept chatting to me, making me feel like the most important client in the store. He even updated my profile (I’ve had 2 profiles with them for the longest time, but he fixed it & nie I only have one 🙌🏻)

Such an amazing experience, taking into consideration how busy they were. Nothing was too much effort. I only realized later, that he was actually one of the managers.

He definitely leads by example! You are lucky to have him iStore!
