Istore Pavilion

<p>Level of service from their repair centre has been terible,misleading with emails and sms's.</p> <p>They have tried to make me pay for a charger for my MacBook when it was a manufacture problem and the unit was under warranty.</p> <p>Charger needed to be swapped out and emails stating parts are being ordered.</p> <p>They sent me an email & sms confirming my unit is ready and it is not to date. They have inconvenienced me by going to the istore.Staff members cannot assist with the query. On 3 occasions asked me to come back.</p> <p>No manager in store after 3 attempts to speak to a manager.</p> <p>Being a prime customer to the istore the level of service has been disgusting.</p> <p> </p>
