iStore Pavilion

<p>I went to the istore pavilion a few weeks ago to apply for a cellphone contract, when I got there, I gave the lady my documents and she told me that I have to leave the documents in order for them to verify them as they have been experiencing a lot of ***** lately, I agreed and she asked me to leave my cellphone number as she would then call me to inform me of the outcome as the verification process would take 24hours. I waited and waited and I eventually called the Istore call centre TWICE and they said they had escalated my call to the store. I don't know whether the verification was done or not, and if it was done, It matters not what the outcome of my application is/was, what is important is for a company to have the decency to provide feedback to the customer. What I experienced was very unprofessional behaviour.</p>
