iStore Online Store is a ****!!!!

I have been asking for my refund from iStore in Sandton for over two weeks now and still not getting anywhere. I have dealt with a very useless consultant by the name of Princes Mhuntana. She hanged up on me while I was inquiring about my refund. I keep on getting vague answers.
