Istore online stole my phone and my money

From bad to worse. I bought a phone on the 15th March 2026 (ref ***0). According the the istore website the phone was handed over to CourierIt on Monday the 16th March 2026. To date I still have not received the item to be delivered. The customer care persons for istore online have been reporting that the phone has been tracked to the courier company since Friday the 20th March 2026, yet I still have not received the package. They will not refund me my money so that I can at least purchase a new phone because they first need get the phone in their possession. If the phone is with the courier company as the istore personnel confirm, why have I still not received? And why have they still not received for my refund then? How is their incompetence my problem? I want to get either the package before the close of business today, and if that does not happen, then I must be issued a refund or voucher before the end of today. I have bee inconvenienced long enough.
