iStore online service beyond useless.

The online store is service is pathetic. Sales staff have no idea whats going on. I was told that my order was going to be delivered in two working days. After calling to ensure that I am available to collect the order the sales staff do not have a clue where the order is. I called their courier partnering company 'RTT' and they also have no clue whats going on at the iStore warehouse. I made about 6 calls to both the iStore and the courier company .... zero success. I was told that a sales manager at the iStore was going to call me ..... I am still waiting.

Not the type of service to associated with a 'premium' product like Apple.

Disappointed.
