iStore Online Sales - Horrific

Purchased a very expensive item that was supposed to be delivered a day after purchase, We are now on day 4. The iStore's couriers have not delivered and the iStore expects me to wait until delivery eventually, to cancel this order and to get my refund, because they cannot get hold of their courier partner !
