Istore online purchase failed to deliver

I ordered an online an iPad pro 12.9" worth 15k. The service I got is not even worth R1. Waited two days for delivery. On second day at 1:46 am I'm told the iPad is is being returned as there was no contact. I recieved no call and no message or voicemail. When I tried to call RTT the courier service. Their phone keeps busy. Realy I'm disgusted at the service. I really expected a much much better service from apple!
