istore online - not customer centric- poor service!

Never apply for a phone contract via istore online if you value your money. They will never get back to you wether your matter is escalated they will always tell you someone will give you call in the next 48hrs and nobody ever does. Because of this I cant apply else where as my application is showing in progress with phone provider.
