Istore online no service at all !!

On the 23 of December I app**** online for an Apple Mac with Vodacom via istore. The 24th I received an email to confirm that they received my aplication and they will get back to me within 48 hours. So I knew it will take longer as it was Christmas but never new that it wil take this long.

So on the 3rd I emailed again because you can NEVER get hold of anyone on there landline. Received a response from Keabetswe Ramarumo saying that they are busy with my application and it should not take longer than 72 hours but guess what , nothing happend.

The 7th of January I emailed again and Keabetswe Ramarumo rep**** saying that she had notified the consultant working my case to contact me. So no surprise as today the 10th still no approval on my application and no one contacted me at all.

Is business that good that they don't want any new business or are new vlients not important enough for iStore Online applications?
