Istore online may not even exist?

Extremely disappointed in the service (or rather lack of service) of istore online. I have app**** for a contract through them and was told that they would get back to me in 24 hours (1st lie). I then contacted customer service and was promised that they will contact me within 2 hours (2nd lie). I have phoned them 3 times over the course of the last 24 hours and received the same promise (3rd lie). Well its now a further 24 hours later and still nothing...

I decided not to deal with the online farce that the istore run and decided to go in store only to be told that if i have app**** online i will have to wait for the online team to get back to me and i cannot do anything in store. Im now stuck talking to ***** over the phone.
