iStore online IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EVER !!

I would give 0 stars if that option was available. iStore online is the ABSOLUTE WORSE ever. I have app**** for a cellphone contract online sent in all my details, its been a week and no one got back to me to this day. I spoke to a sales assistant via the online chat services that they provided his name is Tevesh Naidoo which is the best in the business! iStore should beter their services or just not have an online store. If I knew this was going to happen i never would of app****. This is extremely bad for business. I completely understand the fact that they have a backlog due to lockdown regulations but this is unacceptable!
