ISTORE ONLINE HAS *** SERVICE! WILL NEVER BUY ONLINE AGAIN!

I pre ordered a phone last week online and did not receive a confirmation email and that made it hard for me to change the address as I needed to travel. I called them multiple times asking them to change the address and they kept saying they will escalate the matter and get the address changed however today the delivery was a failed delivery because they didn’t change the address, I called for a week and a half confirming that they have changed the address and they all said yes and they didn’t do any of the above. They suck! They have Kai service I will never buy online again from IStore they have ****ty service and ****ty workers that they don’t do what they are supposed to do! I am utterly disappointed and mad at the for failing to do such a simple thing!
