iStore Online does not honor Blak Friday deals. Claim no stock

I have called Apple iStore twice to enquire about the Black Friday Apple Watch8.

The call I made at 11:38, the consultant confirmed that they had 1 Apple Watch 8, 45mm GPS + Cellular Blck in stock, but it does not show online. I told them I wanted it and that I would pay using an iStore voucher, eBucks and the balance with my card. When I queried the price she told me R12 499. I told her that this was incorrect as the Black Friday special is R9 999. She insisted that the 45mm was not on promotion. Lies.... I ask to speak to a supervisor, they made me wait on the phone for another 5 minutes. When the supervisor answered she was just saying hello...hello... (pretending not to har me). I was speaking the original consultant fine. They dropped my call. I called back and when I reached the from of the que, my call was dropped.

iStore staff is pathetic and they do not serve the customer. I recently bought the Apple iPhone 15 Pro and wanted the watch. But you forcing me to look elsewhere. You don't make good on what you advertise.
