Istore online and skynet *****

Hi I recently bought a pre owned iphone 13 pro max online istore. I purchased it on the 2nd of July 2024. They have used skynet as a curior, I have been tracking my order. It reported today 4th of July 2024 that it has been delivered to me. I tried to contact both parties but I didn't get helped. Sky net did not answer their phone I even have a screenshot for the duration of the call... On watsapp they said hi but now they are no longer responding...
