Istore online and CourierIT have ****** my purchase!

I ordered my phone on Sunday 15th March 2026 (reference ***), and delivery was to the Tuesday 17th March 2026. I communicated with the courierIT company on the Tuesday to confirm delivery for Wednesday before 2pm. On Wednesday morning when I contacted the courier company, they struggled to find my parcel. Eventually they located it, apparently, and promised to return to me regarding delivery.

I email istore online about the challenge (ticket no 141293) and when they did reply they informed me that the delivery had been delayed but would be delivered. On Thursday I received no correspondence from either istore online or the courier company. Today, I have been contacting both companies. The istore call centre is not open on Fridays and the courier company number never gets answered despite being informed that someone will answer.

I am frustrated, confused and suspicious that my parcel has been tampered with. May I at least get my refund from istore if I will not be receiving my parcel today?
