Istore online

We purchased 2 iPads online from the istore and one had a problem with the screen. I took it to istore the Glen and the device was send to istore repair Center where they accepted warranty. I’m still waiting for feedback from the online store for credit or a new device. I have tried to speak to them online no luck I have phoned the call Center and now feedback bad bad service
