istore not helping with my problem

so I try to get help online and they say my MacBook Air is not covered for only support. this is absolute B***s***!!!!! how can I not be allowed online support? and when I look for an email for help there is none. can apple please help or someone who has dealt with this before because this is absolutely shocking customer service
