iStore nightmare

I've never been so frustrated by a shop and feel helpless at the same time. I opened a contract on the 21st and I still don't have a functioning phone. The aim of opening the contract was to upgrade but now I am stuck with a phone that doesn't work. My issue is still not resolved and it's been 8 days and I am counting. iStore really needs to wake up.
