iStore Misleading Adverti*****t - PowerBeats Pro totally Wireless

iStore sent out a promotional email featuring a 40% discount (save R2000) on the power beats pro totally wireless earphones.

They feature a photo in the advert illustrating the above earphones in Black but when you get to the store, you are told that the advert says “available in various colours”. This does not mean that it is available in all colours despite the one coloured in black being featured/illustrated in the advert. Furthermore they say that the SKU numbers of the colours on sale are specified in the advert but these are specified as random codes WITHOUT any description in the advert.

Very misleading and disappointing. I wish that these organisations could be held to account but I guess most of us do not have the time to pursue such cases and this is known by these organisations and hence they willing to roll the dice and if it does not go their way then they have sufficient money behind them.
