Istore Menlyn - Terrible service

ZERO STARS!!! Istore Menlyn in Pretoria - what a complete and utter disappointment! Being an Apple fanatic, I have an Iphone, and Ipad & a Mac (which needed a software update) You would think I was asking for help with getting to the moon! Not only were the staff totally unhelpful and unfriendly, they were also clueless as to what promotions Istore is currently advertising, and running! I was told that my Mac was "VINTAGE" as anything older than 5yrs falls into that category, and was directed to Incredible Connection. Really??? Then when I enquired on a promotion they were running for a replacement Mac, they didnt have a clue as to what I was talking about. Apple has just lost a customer due to this stores incompetance!
