Istore Menlyn Pretoria Branch : Sales Person - C03706

Got my telkom Upgrade yesterday at Menlyn Istore , Sales Person BonDaa3706, I was not advised about the Admin Fee, I was not told about Charger , Sales person was assisting myself and an employee at the same time ,which there was no need as there were 4 consultant at the door and about 2 roaming around the store , I got so annoyed i eventually told her to stop it because i found it extremely unprofessional especially its not a manager , I drove to Menlyn with my own petrol again only to be told i need to buy a charge adaptor , My experience was extremely terrible , i left unhappy two consecutive days , yesterday and today, The sales person told me nothing about the charger adaptor for iPhone 12ProMax. If i was at least notified i was not gonna go to the store today again and buy it !! that was extremely useless !! now i went again at my cost because Sales person forgot to tell me about these charges, I am extremely unhappy ,dissatisfied , I wish i had went to Brooklyn Branch as there were friendly two weeks ago and they even went on to call me and i kept on saying i will come . !! Poor Service Delivery !!! extremely Unhappy and Dissatisfied
