Istore Menlyn PATHETIC!!!!

I phoned yesterday and asked if it were possible to open a new contract for the iphone 12 pro max. They said yes and i have to come in store. So i drove 150km to istore Menlyn to have this done, to only be told once i arrived that it is not possible to open a new contract! I am sooooo disappointed! Not only did i drive all the way, waist petrol money, and my time!!!! Terrible service!!!
