iStore Menlyn Park cellphone contract renew process.

I visited the iStore Menlyn branch to renew my business contract on 18 December 2023. I was issued a que number 2. I waited for more than 2,5 hours after been awarded number 2 in the que. There were between 6-7 consultants seemingly to be busy either with clients or other work. After 2,5 hours I was informed that I was now number 3 in the que as a consultant that can do business contracts was not available. After another 30 minutes the supervisor (I think so) requested what my products are that I am looking for to so long prepare my readiness for phones. To my great disappointment I found out that the suggested i-phones that I was looking for was out of stock (this could have been requested when I was issued my que number - I did ask the question but was told that nothing can be done until I speak to the consultant. I decided to leave the store and will never ever take my business back to iStore, even another branch. I expected more from a store that trade with Apple products. I wasted a day out of my busy programme. Will rather support one of the cell phones agencies in malls in future.
