Istore Maponya Mall

What a bad experience I had with my 1st IPhone purchase. To cut the story short, I want to apply for a contract IPhone at Istore Maponya Mall, had all my documents as requested, and documents were vetted by a so called “admin manager” who just went through my payslip and bank statement, and I was told i will not be able to get the phone via contract because my payslip has the wrong date under ‘date engaged’, the so called manager did not even have the courtesy to come and explain what is the initial issue, I requested to speak to her and I waited for a whole hour, luckily I had enough funds to purchase the phone cash instead of contract, but the customer service is **********, 70% of the staff do not have any knowledge of the products that they are selling it’s almost as if they are free-styling, if you would like to buy an iPhone, DO NOT GO TO ISTORE MAPONYA MALL!!!
