Istore Mall of Africa is dragging down the apple brand.,

I am absolutely disgusted in the service I have received at the Apple Istore in Mall of Africa.. I was made to wait an hour before telling me that I would require to produce hard copies of certain documents and I was told contract verification ends at certain time. After I find the documents in nick of time. I still waited another hour and 30 minutes with the sales agent working at her own beautiful pace. Only to be told their system is unable to complete the application and they could only escalate said matter the following day. Almost two and a half hours of my life down the drain wow disgusting.. However I get home to a text saying my device is insured🤔.. which one 😒
