Had an iPhone 12 that after the battery went flat, it never came back on. We charged it the entire night but never came back on still, even used a different charger but issue still persisted.

I then went to iStore Mall Of Africa and I had the best service experience ever.

I just want to give a special shout out to an amazing Technician Pheta Seloane, Who was so friendly, she would kindly answer all my thousands questions that I had without any complains, she would listen without any interruptions and she was explaining all the processes as she was fixing the phone.

She even went all out to advice on what to do next time to avoid to have the same issue again.

The service was so excellent.

Pheta Seloane is a world class Technician.
