Istore Malfunction

If I could give a minus rating I would. The service is truly pathetic. I have read some of the other reviews from dissatisfied customers and I am experiencing the same. I am unable to track my parcel to find out where it is. The customer care consultant gave me a tracking number for my package, but it isn't on the courier website so you can't track it - I have been online with the customer care consultant since 11:51 and it is now 15:37 - still no answer - you would think they would be much better at their job considering how much we spend as customers - I am livid - these people just don't answer - and then say we will phone you back and don't - and now they say the package seems to have been ****** - and they will replace it if there is stock - and I know there isn't so this all was for nothing -
