iStore makes it impossible to obtain contract upgrade!

<p>I have been trying to obtain a Iphone 7 + from Friday and even spent over 5 hours on Sunday trying to get a contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>Either the consultants are not at the store or the system is offline. The issue is that one can not take the i care package if the phone is purcahsed elsewhere and the systems are always down so I could not get a phone on contract between the only 2 stores in KZN teh entire weekend.</p> <p> </p> <p>Makes matters worst when the staff tell you they making enough money with cash walk in customers so theres no motivation to complain about the system off line issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>Going onto the 4th day now and no one can tell me when the system will become online!</p> <p> </p>
