Istore Loch Logan Waterfront

Before I decided to write this review I checked their reviews on Google. No wonder most reviewers criticized them! Arrived at Loch Logan istore at 14:20 on Sunday the 22nd of November 2020. They close at 15:00. So I was advised that they would not be able to assist me because the tech department is packing up. Taking into consideration that I advised the consultant that I live on a farm outside Bloemfontein and drove into town just to get my phone sorted, and he only apologized and told me to return the next day... This is unprofessional!
