istore lies on its website

These people deserve minus 5 stars. We researched the deals on the iStore website and found an iphone 15 deal that suited our budget. We went to the Mall of Africa istore on Thursday 9th November 2023 to get an iphone 15 contract, as advertised with Vodacom. Did all the paperwork, the deal was approved and then we were told that the deal, "could not be processed" because the iphone 15 contracts had not been loaded onto whatever system they use. So, now, 4 days later we still have no contract or phone. Why do these people advertise deal that they cannot supply. It's a dishonest way of luring us into their store, and locking us into a deal, so they can get the sale. It's really not very professional.
