iStore let me down.

A few weeks ago I complained about iStore and Multichoice on the same day. The response from Multichoice was brilliant and problem solved immediately. However there has been no response from iStore. Dear iStore , this problem is not going to disappear. I will do everything necessary to be fairly compensated by you the supplier of my failed iPad.
